Ever since their breakthrough hit with the earworm ballad ‘To Be With You’ in 1991, American rock band MR. BIG has delivered a steady stream of melodic and skillful blues-inspired rock. Today, this super group consists of singer and songwriter Eric Martin, former David Lee Roth bassist Billy Sheehan, guitarist Paul Gilbert and new drummer Nick D’Virgilio, and they combine their high technical level with lots of sonic playfulness. Through the years, the group has experimented with everything from classic rock’n’roll to heavier and more psychedelic rock, and they have achieved massive success in particularly Japan. We look forward to welcoming them at JAILBREAK 2024 when they visit the festival with their grand ‘The Big Finish’ farewell tour and give the audience the opportunity to experience their immortal classics live one last time!
