JAILBREAK Festival Completes 2024-Lineup with Thrash Metal Titans TESTAMENT

JAILBREAK Festival 2024 has completed its lineup with the crowning addition of American thrash legends TESTAMENT. In tandem, the event’s organisers have unveiled the complete daily schedule for the two-day heavy music festival.

In a finale befitting the electrifying atmosphere of JAILBREAK, the eighteenth and final slot on the festival poster is filled by TESTAMENT, the legendary Californian metal quartet famous for delivering top-tier thrash metal since their inception in the late 1980s. Renowned for their strong songwriting and impressive technique, TESTAMENT's energetic live shows have kept them at the forefront of the metal scene for almost forty years. The band has skillfully blended respect for their roots with a search for new inspirations, all while staying true to their signature sound.

Fans are excited for TESTAMENT's upcoming fourteenth album, due out in 2024, following their praised 2020 album, "Titans of Creation." Attendees can look forward to a setlist with classic hits and possibly new songs, in the band's first Denmark show since 2009.

Our lineup covers the full range, from thrash to power metal to classic hard rock, highlighted by a much-anticipated reunion of Denmark's heavy rock powerhouse, Pretty Maids, set to headline Saturday night. We are thrilled to welcome fans to our unique prison setting for an unforgettable festival experience this August.”

JAILBREAK is ready to host 18 dynamic acts, each adding their own intense energy to Horsens, creating an action-packed haven for heavy rock enthusiasts. Across two days, the festival offers a full experience with hard-hitting performances, fun side shows, and a friendly, united atmosphere.
